How Long I Keep Your Information
I retain personal information only for as long as necessary.
Generally:
- Enquiries that do not result in a booking may be retained for up to 24 months.
- Client records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements.
- Wedding photographs and galleries are generally retained for at least 12 months after delivery. While I often keep images longer, I cannot guarantee permanent storage, and clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their photographs once delivered.
Image Storage
Wedding galleries are delivered via Pixieset.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their photographs.
While I maintain backups where reasonably possible, I cannot guarantee indefinite storage.
